Job Description
Deliver Superb Customer Service – Assist customers with automotive needs, offer expert advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Support Sales Goals – Recommend products and promotions to drive sales and meet performance metrics.
Maintain Inventory & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, follow POS procedures, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with Team – Work closely with managers and teammates to foster a productive and motivated store environment.
Follow Safety & Process Standards – Adhere to company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure workplace.
Stay Informed – Keep up with product knowledge and use diagnostic tools to assist customers with vehicle issues.
Qualifications
Physical Ability: Able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Flexible Schedule: Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
Experience & Certifications: Automotive retail experience and ASE Certification are a plus.
