Hours: 10:30-5:30 Sunday-Thursday part time or full time.

Role overview: We are seeking a self-starter and motivated General Manager to lead and operate our small but dynamic business; The General Manager will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and contribute to the growth of the business while ensuring customer satisfaction and a productive team environment.
Key responsibilities:
-Operation Management.
-Oversee daily business operations, including inventory managements, order fulfillment, and customer service.
-Ensure smooth workflow and maintain organized processes for receiving, stoking, and distributing products.
Team leadership.
-Manage and motivate a small team to meet operational and customer service goals.
-Recruit, train, and develop employees as needed.
Sales and customer relationships:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to drive repeat business.
-Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Financial Oversight:
-Monitor sales performance, control expenses, and contribute to profit growth.
-Prepare reports on business performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Strategic Growth: develop and implement strategies to improve operations and expand the customer base.
-Collaborate with ownership on business initiatives and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
-proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in wholesale, retail, or a related industry.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Familiarity with wig supply and hair supply.
-Basic knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
