Position: Garden Center Manager
Location: Green Up, New Canaan, CT
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Garden Center Manager to oversee our plant inventory and assist customers with their gardening needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in indoor plants and annuals, along with experience designing planters and working in a greenhouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain plant inventory.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers.
- Design and assemble decorative planters.
- Oversee daily operations within the greenhouse.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with indoor and outdoor plants.
- Strong knowledge of greenhouse management and operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
