Seeking a full time Real Estate Agent and Personal Assistant. Please READ the whole Job Listing Carefully before responding.
I am a Businessman and Commercial Broker in Manhattan. In 2025 I will be leasing 8 Commercial Spaces for my personal business in Manhattan. I'm expanding my business and will be opening 2000-3500 Square Feet locations in Soho, Union Square, Chelsea, Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Long Island City, Tribeca, and Financial District. You will be responsible for searching and securing all the spaces. You real estate license will be under my real estate company. Having real estate experience is not necessary, but a plus. You MUST have a valid New York State real estate license.
When you're not looking for spaces you'll be my personal assistant. You must be hard working, intelligent, personable, resourceful with a happy demeanor and personality.
The position is based in Midtown Manhattan.
Work Hours:
Monday thru Friday: 9 AM to 7 PM. Weekends off.
Total compensation $90000 per year.
$70000 salary,
$20000 in potential commissions.
Total $90000.
