Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue apartment rentals and investment sales opportunities in Westchester County and the Bronx.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, helping them with their real estate investment goals.
- Utilize market knowledge to advise clients on potential investments and market trends.
- Work closely with clients through the entire investment process, from apartment rentals to initial sales consultation, to closing.
- Collaborate with the rental division to offer clients the ability to list their vacant units for rent, while building an additional revenue stream and book of business.
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state of New York.
- Experience in rentals/investment sales and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Westchester County and the Bronx.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for building a successful career in real estate.
