We are a real estate development and management firm that oversees a portfolio of mixed-use buildings throughout New York City and the Hudson Valley.
We are looking for a strong, confident Property Manager to join our team. Applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of 7-10 buildings, and must oversee every aspect of daily operation, including processing leases, writing renewals, handling tenant inquiries, securing insurance policies and loans, addressing violations, and scheduling building tests, repairs, and upgrades.
You will be responsible for some bookkeeping and accounting, including processing Accounts Receivables, calculating reimbursables, and creating yearly budgets and reconciliation reports. Expert level skills in Quickbooks and Excel are mandatory .
You will also help the rest of the team with administrative duties in the office.
