You must be available to show apartments at night, weekends, rain, heat, snow, whatever You should know Fresh Meadows and Bayside areas well, schools, transportation, shopping, in order to help your clients with their questions. You should know the rental market, and hopefully have done some rentals in your career. (We have done thousands of rentals) We run a pleasant office, this is not a cut throat environment.
