Responsibilities:
-Provide guidance and assistance to tenants and potential renters in the market
-Accommodating clients’ needs and budget to produce options that ideally match them
-Upholding personal/business standard as an entrepreneur with creditability
-Ensuring trust with clients on market conditions, pricing, and rental deals
-Taking rental photos, edit photos, and digitally market apartments
-Market and show available units to possible renters
-Correspond with landlords, clients, current tenants
-Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Skills:
-Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
-Proven track of successful performance record
-Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
-Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
-Independent & Critical thinker
-Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills
-Exceptional attention to detail and able to work independently and efficiently with an entrepreneurial mindset
-Must be tech-savvy, reliable, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, & personable
Real Estate License (Preferred) or on track to obtaining one
The compensation for this role is fully commission based
