Job Title: Side Hustle - Real estate Assistant
Location: Must Live Near or Close To Bushwick/Bedstuy/Williamsburg.
About the Role: Im Shayna, a real estate agent (5 years) and have built a good book of business over the years and need some assistance. I have a lot of apartments I need help with showings mostly.
2-3 days a week for 1-3 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Posting Ads on Facebook and Craigslist
- Show apartments to clients
- Taking photos of apartments
- Virtually staging
Incentives:
- Weekly metro card
- Commission cut on closed deals
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
People person
Driven
If interested in real estate you could eventually become apart of our brokerage. We are a very small team. Im looking to build a team of my own within my brokerage since I build my own connections with landlords.
