- Minimum of 15 years of real estate private equity, residential mortgage trading, and analysis/asset management experience. Specific SFR (single family rental) experience/commercial multi-family is needed.
- Master's degree in finance, real estate, or related field with a strong record of academic achievement.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required. Preferred proficiency with SQL and Python/R.
- Strong experience with financial modeling, including detailed property-level financial statement analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage varied and constantly changing workloads in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to set personal and project-specific priorities, be highly organized in the day-to-day and longer-term planning and execution, and track and maintain complex schedules.
- Ability to delegate effectively and manage a team of professionals.
- Articulate, decisive communicator who understands how to communicate effectively with a wide spectrum of internal and external executives, professionals, and investors.
- Outstanding professional carriage and personal presentation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong leadership, management, and teambuilding proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and negotiate and interface with a diverse constituency.
