Executive Assistant/Office Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join its NY office. The primary day-to-day role will be to provide executive support to the senior management team. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Originate and edit documents and presentations, including contracts, leases, correspondence, using MS Office Suite of products.
Manage and coordinate executive calendars.
Assist with company marketing initiatives and brand presentation.
Maintain professional relationships with tenants, clients, high level executives, assistants, and vendors.
Coordinate meetings, including conference room scheduling, set-up and break-down, meal ordering and IT requirements.
Oversee office management, including ordering supplies, office maintenance, stocking of refrigerator and overall appearance and cleanliness of office.
Maintain filing system and storage of documents.
Arrange executive travel as needed.
Provide support to accounting department including, banking, filing, data entry into accounting system.
Arrange for messengers and mail delivery.
Knowledge of Yardi a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in comparable roles.
Highly organized, good team player, and independent problem solver.
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects with significant responsibilities and competing priorities. Strong communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal).
