Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue apartment rental opportunities in Westchester County and the Bronx.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, helping them with their real estate investment goals.
- Utilize market knowledge to advise clients on potential rent growth and market trends.
- Work closely with clients through the entire investment process, from underwriting apartment rents to leasing.
- Collaborate with other in office agents to build a book of business.
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state of New York or currently enrolled in a licensing course
- No experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for building real estate.
- Personal Vehicle
