Super Job Opening
50-unit Co-op is seeking a full-time live-in Super.
We are looking for a detail oriented, hands-on super who will work with the part-time porter to properly maintain and make improvements to the building.
Previous experience in a Co-op or as Super preferred. Those with relevant maintenance, repair and construction experience will also be considered. Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills are required.
This well-maintained, upscale building is located at 30 Stoner Avenue, Great Neck. This building is zoned for Baker Elementary and either Great Neck South or North High Schools (parent’s choice).
