Looking for an organized person to fit into a small but busy Real Estate Management office. the duties included but not limited to the following:
-clerical work
-going to post office
-organizing work orders between vendors, tenants and us
-following up with tenants and making sure work has been done
-assisting other office staff
-hours 8am to 4pm or 9 to 5pm
-filing
-learning and using rent manager, including to scan invoices into the program and assign to apartments and vendors
-ordering office supplies and keeping track of when needed
-keeping track of the copier
-keeping schedule straight
-other duties as needed
-might need to work on Saturdays form 9-12 every once in a while
Speaking Spanish is a plus
