Real estate investment firm is hiring an Acquisitions Specialist to evaluate single-family and multi-family homes.

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate condition, repairs, and renovation potential
- Research comps and property values
- Contact local real estate agents via text, email and phone
- Provide feedback to our acquisitions team
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of residential homes (training provided)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
- Real estate, appraisal, or contractor background is a plus (but not required)
Compensation:
- Paid per property OR hourly with commission depending on experience
- Pay increases with consistency and quality of work
