What we’re looking for:

Domain is looking to hire a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position involves collaboration with the Accounts Payable team and Property Management team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices. The ideal candidate is a highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment. They should demonstrate a flexible and adaptable work style, responding quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and be based in our Lower Manhattan Office.

What you’ll be doing:

To be a positive member of an outstanding team.

Possess a desire to be innovative and entrepreneurial when approaching projects, tasks, and interactions.

Consistently and continuously strive to provide a high level of internal and external customer service and professionalism.

Enter invoices, expense reports, and check request forms into Yardi.

Ensure proper coding, approval, and back-up are included with check request forms.

Review all invoices and check request forms for proper back-up documentation, coding and approval prior to payment.

Work with Property Management team and vendors to reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.

Respond to all vendor inquiries sent to the AP inbox.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:

College degree preferred.

1+ years of experience.

Proficient in MS Excel with excellent analytical skills.

Ideal candidate will have knowledge of Yardi Voyager or other property management related software.

Clear communicator with ability to interact with associates, senior leaders, and external parties.

Superior organization skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

A mature professional with excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

This position involves regular walking, climbing of stairs, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.

May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.

Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

Work Hour Requirements:

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on needs of the property as well as the company needs.

Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
