We are an innovative platform that connects ESG solution providers with businesses looking to advance their sustainability initiatives. We help companies accelerate their ESG strategies through data-driven matchmaking, lead qualification, and industry insights. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Admin & Business Development Professional to work directly with our CEO.

The Role:

This is a dynamic position that blends administrative support with business development responsibilities. You’ll be instrumental in keeping operations running smoothly while also contributing to growth initiatives, client interactions, and strategic projects. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, thrives in ambiguity, and is eager to learn and grow with the company. You don’t need to have all the answers—just the drive to figure things out. We’ll provide the training and development to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

Assist with business development efforts, including outreach, research, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.

Manage CRM systems, track leads, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.

Support operational tasks such as coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and organizing company materials.

Conduct research on ESG market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Assist with marketing efforts, including drafting emails, social media content, and presentation materials.

Handle other executive-level administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, uncertain environments and enjoys tackling new challenges.

Someone who learns quickly and takes initiative—we’ll develop and train you, but you must be eager to grow.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

No specific background required—experience in business development, sales, or administrative support is a plus, but attitude and adaptability matter more.

Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, or impact-driven businesses is a bonus but not required.

Experience in Google Workspace, CRM tools, and/or Microsoft Office a plus but not required
