Excel Career Training School, Inc. is a private career school of professional instructional training to aspiring home health care professionals in New York. We are currently hiring an Office Assistant for our Bronx Location.
The successful candidate will have/be:
Proficient/Bilingual in English and Spanish - (MUST be able to read, write and communicate clearly in Spanish and English)
Good Computer Skills
Strong attention to details and good follow up skills
Office Duties Experience
Experience in Microsoft Office
Follow precise instructions
Ability to retain information and multitask
Mature individual with excellent communication skills
Maintain punctuality and regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from potential students
Completes HHA student registrations and process payments
Create and maintain student files
Assist with the completion of students’ ledger and progress record
Scan/uploads documents
Assist teachers with grading exams and providing any material they may request.
Assist with the cleaning and tiding up of the classroom & overall office.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
