The Role: This is a data entry position with room to grow. We are looking for a hard worker who is both quick to learn and has a high attention to detail.
This role requires keeping up with a high volume of work, accurately analyzing information, and processing it correctly. Every client has a different set of needs and every scenario is unique.
The Details: The role is entry level to begin with and has 401k matching, and PTO packages.
Start from the basics, learning our services, our operational system/client database, data entry, our clients, our contracts, and et cetera.
There would be performance check ins every three months to assess direction, role evolution, pay rate, and advancement.
Our data entry is highly important to our workflow and as such, knowledge of the data and processes offers enormous room for growth.
Requirements:
Strong bilingual Spanish/English
A strong work ethic.
Curiosity and a desire to learn.
The skill to take direction and work independently.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Computer skills (Microsoft works, Excel, basic understanding of Windows machines and equipment).
Patience, diligence, and discretion.
An education (whether institutional or self-guided).
A sense of humor.
Highly accurate and rapid typing speed.
The ideal candidate:
Has data entry experience.
Has experience in a similar industry (garden company/irrigation service).
Has experience working with a mostly well-meaning micromanager (me).

This is a unique position, because I am looking for someone to start essentially at the bottom of the business and to learn how we operate while working with our data and client information.
