ABC LIVERY RENTALS has an immediate opening for a Rental Department Customer Service Agent. This is a unique opportunity for a customer service oriented person to interact and build loyalty and trust with our customers. In this fast-paced environment your job duties will include, but not be limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional customer service to clients with a focus on sales.
- Ensure all required documents are obtained for rental contract completion.
- Perform vehicle damage and miles checkup upon delivery and return of the vehicles.
- Work aggressively to achieve and maintain sales goals.
- Utilize organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bring your “A game” along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual: Russian and English is a must.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Car Rental or TLC experience is preferred but not required.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”).
- Car sales experience is not required but a proven sales background is a big plus.
- Ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and demeanor, strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and comfort level with technology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Valid Driver’s License.
EXPERIENCE:
Sales: 3 years (preferred).
Customer Service: 3 years (preferred).
TLC and/or Car Rental: 1-3 years (preferred).
Qualified candidates for this position will possess great customer service skills with a desire to make every customer valued. Applicants must have the ability to prioritize multiple jobs tasks quickly and accurately. Successful applicants will be required to learn inventory management software.
