Job Overview

We are seeking a part time/flexible professional and friendly Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and provide essential dministrative support to keep our office running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Monday-Friday 11:00AM-5:00PM.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, welcome visitors and vendors in a warm and professional manner.

Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.

Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.

Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments.

Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Manage office emails, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Maintain and organize client files, office records, and supplies.

Assist agents with documents, marketing prep, and data entry.

Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Provide general administrative support for meetings and events

Requirements

Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities.

Professional appearance and positive, can do attitude.

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity in bookkeeping is advantageous.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.

Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Previous experience n real estate is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to type accurately and efficiently; attention to detail is critical for proofreading tasks.
