Consumer goods company located in Chelsea, Manhattan is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to start on Monday, November 18th through February. This is a fantastic company with beautiful offices and a big focus on company culture. Day to day duties will include sitting at the front desk, answering and fielding phone calls, greeting employees and visitors, maintaining the office space, stocking supplies, clearing conference rooms, filing/scanning, and general organization of the office. The client is looking for someone who has an upbeat, positive communication style as this position will involve sending out office wide emails with important daily information. Qualified candidates must have at least 6 months of office or hospitality experience; they would love someone who is tech savvy. In addition, candidates must be open to some manual work such as helping to unload deliveries or move product around the space.
