Location: Sea Cliff, NY
Compensation: up to $35 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 2–3 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
I am looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to help manage administrative and property-related tasks from my home office. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with real estate rental and construction management (Airbnb, Evolve, etc.)
Edit and upload photos
Run occasional local errands — must have a valid driver’s license
General office support: filing, emails, organizing documents
Use QuickBooks for billing and tracking expenses
Manage calendars and travel arrangements
Maintain a very neat and organized workspace
Use iMac and iPhone daily

Trustworthy and reliable
Able to travel to Sea Cliff and handle short errands
References required
