Accounting Office is looking for a PAYROLL CLERK ASSISANT to assist the payroll coordinator.
Must speak Spanish
Responsibilities include assisting the Payroll coordinator in:
- Collecting Employee timesheets and entering them into the payroll system
- Registering and setting up employer accounts in a payroll system
- Processing payroll for over 100 companies
- Answering employer/employee questions
- Reviewing quarterly and annual reports
- Assisting in workers' compensation and disability audits
- Assisting payroll coordinator
Experience with PAYROLL RELIEF and ADP processing is a strong plus
