Comfort Keepers is currently seeking a part-time candidate who will be responsible for assisting the administration of an in- home care agency in mid-town Manhattan. The ideal candidate will possess extraordinary customer service and organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work as an integral part of the team. The candidate should be highly accountable and responsible for safeguarding confidential information. In the absence of management, must be able to exercise initiative and judgment in responding to all pressing concerns in a courteous manner.

Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ experience in an office environment Excellent written and verbal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office/Windows Database management and record keeping skills Positive, professional, business image 45 minute or less commute to Manhattan
Responsibilities: Work in the office to coordinate receptionist, HR, scheduling and record keeping duties
Compensation: $20-$25/hour based on experience, opportunity for advancement
