High end Auto Industry group is looking for an experienced Spanish- English Fluent individual to join our team. We are a five-star rated establishment that has earned its reputation by living up to its high standards. Customer service is our # 1 priority. English and Spanish is a Must.

Responsibilities:

Record transactions

Customer Service through (email, calls, Yelp, Google and in person)

Sales Skills is an absolute must. You will be the first person to have contact with new clients.

Organize and maintain shop invoices, records.

Must know how to use Microsoft excel and handle basic spreadsheet management.

Help find potential business and opportunities(Sales Skills is a MUST)

Check on insurance claims process and insurance payments to ensure that claims run smoothly and we have a continuous stream of approved work.

Schedule appointments and keep calendar up to date.

Answer and direct phone calls.

Maintain office space Clean and inviting to our Customers.

Qualifications

QuickBooks - Bookkeeping knowledge

SELF-motivated

Fluent in English and Spanish

Microsoft Word and Excel

social media Knowledgeable

Team Player

Auto Industry Experience

Basic quick-books knowledge (invoicing, payment processing) MUST

Reliable

Sales skills
