Construction office seeking for a office secretary.
This is an in person position. The office is located in Jamaica Queens NY by Sutphin Blvd.
This is a serious position, no experience necessary, but there are a few requirements. Will train the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual [English & Spanish]
- Must be organize, responsible and pay attention to detail. Must have good work ethic.
- Computer Proficiency [Microsoft word, excel]
- Heavy email correspondence & answer telephone calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Schedule is full-time Tuesday to Friday [8:30 AM - 4:30 PM] & Saturday [9:30 AM - 5:30 PM]
- Pay will be discuss at interview.
