Capital Management firm located in Hudson Yards, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Part Time Temporary Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support the office. This position will start October 7th and will have a unique hybrid schedule. 2 weeks of the month will be in office Monday and Wednesday with 1 day remote for 4-5 hours and the other 2 weeks of the month will be in office 1 day and 2 days remote for 4-5 hours each day. Hours in office will be 8:30/9am - 4/5pm. Hourly rate is up to $30/hr.Responsibilities: Sit at the front desk greeting guests and visitors.Maintain office calendar and ensure conference rooms and space is available and scheduled as neededMaintain an operational and efficient office space; stock supplies, replenish pantries, water plants, check vendor services and general cleanlinessAssist with booking travel as neededSupport meetings when needed - including coordinating beverages and snacks and taking meeting notesManage daily pick-up and distribution of mail and accountable deliveries Manage office supply closet, ordering and maintain back stockAssist with All Team meeting preparationsAd hoc duties as requestedQualifications: 3+ years administrative experience in a corporate settingBA requiredHigh attention to detailPresents wellFlexible in hours availableTech savvyNo task too big or too smallBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
