Office Manager needed for legal tech company based in Israel and the US
Main hours 9-5
Taking care of office maintenance, working with vendors, stocking the kitchen, making sure the meeting rooms are clean, calling in IT and acting as a liason if employees need assistance. Handle all kitchen supplies, snacks, beverages
Uploading invoices to their internal system
Search for venues for client events and coordinating all ordering of food, snacks, gifts, etc
Various general admin tasks and scheduling
