Imperial Tax & Business Solutions is a firm that has been family owned and operated for over 20 years. We offer accounting, tax, business and notary services. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized reliable individual.
Candidate must be a female whom is able to speak and write both English and Spanish, have at least a HS diploma and must have basic computer skills with knowledge in MS word. The position requires good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in guests.
Perform data entry tasks.
Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Manage office correspondence, including emails.
Answering and making phone calls.
Follow up with customers.
Assembling/preparing paperwork and online applications.
Filing and draft correspondences as needed.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Perform duties as assigned/provide personal assistant support.
Maintain an organized workspace that promotes productivity.
Draft letters and translate documents.
Experience:
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with office management software and computer systems is beneficial.
Experience in clerical roles or as a personal assistant is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Schedule is Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm.
We are located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
