We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization and multitasking, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to)
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments/installations
Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Dispatch technicians to requested service calls
Order parts for repairs
Maintain and monitor files
Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or related fields (construction / service industry experience preferred but not required)
Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong follow-up abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) required
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
Administrative: 5 years (Preferred)
Language: English & Spanish (Preferred)
Ability to Commute to Brooklyn, NY 11236 (Required)
