Are you looking to join a small, family-oriented business where you can grow and make an impact? LMS (LMS) is seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to support our operations. This is not a remote position, and the role involves working in both office and home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with maintaining financial records and data entry.

Administrative Tasks: Scanning, copying, shredding, and maintaining organized files.

Spreadsheet Management: Update and maintain spreadsheets with accurate data.

Package Handling: Pick up packages and drop off light shipments as needed.

Technology Support: Provide minor tech support (training will be provided).

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments or meetings.

Supply Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, or direct inquiries to the appropriate person.

Event Support: Help with preparations for organizational events.

Record Keeping: Organize and maintain business records, ensuring compliance with any regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Hospitality or food service experience is a plus.

Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Transportation: Ability to commute to Mamaroneck, NY, via walking, bus, or car (car preferred).

Background Check: Must be able to pass a state-required background check due to the nature of our industry.
