Mailroom/Facilities

A premiere plaintiff's law firm, recently awarded "Best Law Firms" by Best Lawyers 2024 for Mass Tort and Class Action Practice, is seeking a Temporary Mailroom/Facilities person. This is a role that requires 5 days on site from 9am-6pm. Looking to have this person start ASAP.Responsibilities: Light cleaning of kitchen area (wiping counters, microwaves, etc) and conference rooms.Making coffee several times a dayStocking of supplies in kitchen, bathroom, and office supplies in various areasMoving & lifting heavy boxes (paper, boxes of mail, etc)Opening of mail and scanning it into a digitized folderMaking copiesPreparing and logging outgoing mailQualifications: Capable of lifting 15-20+ poundsHigh attention to detailProfessional and polishedCompensation/Benefits: DOE $20-$22/hrBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
