Job Description

The Lobby Ambassador must be highly hospitable, have a sense of urgency, anticipate the needs of our employees and guests and work well under pressure. Salesforce Tower is a fast paced, high energy environment The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for our employees and guests arriving into our space. We expect all interactions to be pleasant and helpful. The Lobby Ambassador acts as a constant resource for our employees and makes the first direct impression on Salesforce customers. The person selected will need to be energetic and very flexible with their schedule as it can change with short notice.

This person must be a real team player. Someone who wants to be supportive of the team and is willing to jump in and help wherever necessary.

Required Skills/Experience:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service experience required, proficient at using Google Apps and Slack, must be willing/able to learn and use Salesforce programs, has a strong ability to take direction and follow instruction both oral and written, has good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills, submit timesheet for approval every Friday.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Hospitality experience is preferred, early mornings necessary.

Hospitality Background, Customer Service, Communication, Partnership, Event Management, Flexible.

They may need to tap into facilities, helping support vendors.

There may be some overtime. Knowledge of Google Workspace & Google Docs, Slack would be great. Understanding policies and procedures.

6 month contract extendable

The shift is either 7:30am-4:30pm (open lobby) or 8:30am-5:30pm (close lobby)
