We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to handle daily operations, vendor coordination, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Assist with phone systems, financing accounts, and general office work/administrative support.
Assist with managing documents, warranties, and company portals
Process monthly bills, vendor payments, and taxes
Oversee insurance policies and renewals
Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
Support payroll and HR processes
Qualifications:
3+ years office management experience
Strong communication and attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
