We are a high-end, five-star rated auto group in Long Island City, known for our top-quality service and strong reputation. We're looking for a reliable, experienced, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Assistant/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers (in person, phone, email, Google, Yelp)
Use your sales skills to convert new client inquiries
Keep shop records organized (Excel required)
Schedule appointments and manage calendar
Help track insurance claims and payments
Maintain a clean, welcoming office environment
Support the team with basic admin tasks
Help identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English
Friendly, self-motivated, and dependable
Strong customer service and sales skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel
Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, payments)
Knowledge of social media a plus
Auto industry experience preferred
A true team player
Pay: Based on experience – starting at $40K
