About Us: We are a Family Office overseeing a diverse portfolio of companies in real estate, entertainment, and technology. We are seeking a full-time Executive/Personal Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our family members and businesses.
Responsibilities:
Family Assistance:
Attend to various needs of family members
Run errands and make purchases as requested
Plan travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
Office Management:
Pay bills for various companies
Coordinate with onsite management teams as needed
Manage properties rents, insurance, and other companies-related matters
Finance/Accounting:
Coordinate tax payments with accountant
Gather and save important financial documents
Lead quarterly book review and banking needs coordination
Help coordinate charitable donations
Collect appropriate tax documents
Qualifications:
Background or skill set in finance or accounting
Sense of urgency and proactive mindset
Attentive to detail, resourceful, and eager to learn
Positive attitude and ability to prioritize
Flexible to balance various work hour schedules
Values honesty, commitment, dedication, and hard work
Highly organized with outstanding follow-through skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Proper social etiquette and cultural knowledge
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Capacity to work independently and as a team player
Compensation/Benefits:
Minimum 20 hours per week, @ $25 hourly rate
Potential for bonus if/when position becomes permanent
