Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the Partner and office in NYC. This will be in office 5 days and hours are typically 9-5 with available to monitor emails after hours if need be.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Partner and others in the office; manage calendars and coordinate meeting scheduleBook travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportationCommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersHandle reception duties, greet and direct guests, liaise with building management and vendorsOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryProcess and submit expensesQualifications:3+ years of administrative experience in an office settingExperience booking domestic/international travelPositive attitude and a "no task too big or too small mentality"Friendly and outgoing professional willing to take constructive feedbackAbility to eventually make decisions independentlyStrong communication skills, ability to take initiative and be accountableCompensation/Benefits:Up to $80K base depending on experience + bonusFully paid medical, dental, and vision2 weeks vacationBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
