Our client, a major Restaurant/Hospitality group, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder, as well as project based work for the management team. Must be very collaborative, have a minimum of 5-10+ years of experience working in a corporate office (ideally within the restaurant industry), and a bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal candidates should be extremely polished and professional, highly organized, proactive, resourceful, hardworking, calm under pressure, accustomed to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Salary depends on experience 100-120K
Hours are 9-5/10-6 (need flexibility)
Responsibilites
Schedule and organize meetings, lunch, dinners
Work with travel agent on detailed itineraries
Help coordinate maintenance projects for the home, bill payments, childrens school and after school activites
Prepare/coordinate materials for meeting, calls and follow ups
Coordinate event registration, travel arrangements and itineraries for team
Keep team on track and know how to prioritize
Assist with special ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 5-10 years corporate experience
Bachelors degree
Ability to recognize time sensitive projects
Team – oriented and collaborative attitude a must
Must work well under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in MS office
