We’re seeking a sharp, reliable, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the business and personal operations of a fast-moving real estate entrepreneur. This role will require discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage business and personal payments, invoices, and expenses
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and calendar management across multiple priorities
Monitor, draft, and respond to professional emails and correspondence
Confirm appointments, follow-ups, and travel arrangements when needed
Support real estate operations, including vendor outreach, rent roll updates, and tenant coordination
Conduct research and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Manage digital organization: files, documents, shared drives, and task lists
Support light project management efforts and ensure timely task completion
Assist with branding, presentations, and business development tasks (e.g., social media)
Maintain confidentiality and serve as a gatekeeper with strong judgment and tact
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at prioritizing
Clear and professional written/verbal communication skills
Dependable, resourceful, and proactive — takes initiative without needing micromanagement
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a business support role is strongly preferred
