Our client, a top asset management firm located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temp to Perm EA to support their NYC team. This will be a 5 days on site schedule with the working hours being from 9am-6pm. The temp period before being considered for permanent will be at least 6 months. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team.Responsibilities:Managing calendars and scheduling; working heavily with other EAs to coordinate internal and external meetingsCoordinating domestic and international travel as neededHandling data entry and reporting as needed via Microsoft Dynamics CRM / SharePointTracking and organizing monthly expensesDeveloping and maintaining knowledge of Golub Capital's product offerings, systems and processes to support client relationshipsSupporting Senior Leaders / Department involvement in initiatives to improve client service including sales enablement, data and analyticsFacilitating / preparing agenda and materials for Senior Leader-led internal meetings and various committees and forums regarding client coverageAssisting with annual benchmark analysis and providing updates on vendor performance (e.g., travel agencies, office supply distributors) to stakeholdersParticipating in semi-annual department process reviews collaborating with managers and Senior Leaders to identify improvement areas and implement best practicesCompleting ad-hoc projects as assigned on behalf of Senior Leaders / department Providing administrative backup support to the Executive Assistant Team including support to the Executive level offices as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity is preferredExcellent computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, previous experience using a CRM program a plusStrong organizational skills and the ability to produce work that is thorough, meticulous and highly accurateFriendly, upbeat, pleasant demeanor; good at building alliances and possesses a helpful, client support attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience booking complex, global travelKnows when to ask questions with a heightened sense of urgency and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilitiesProactive problem-solving abilitiesA "no task is too small" attitudeAbility to handle changing demands in fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamworkAbide by our work-in-office policies then in effectCompensation:Up to $40/hr when temping.
