Leading media and information services company located in Midtown West is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support members of senior leadership. This position will start on or before 5/28/2024 and last for 3 months, requiring 5 days on-site form 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will be someone with both the skills and attention-to-detail required to effectively support senior executives as well as serve a representative of the company. Pay rate up to $27/hour.Responsibilities: Management of complex calendars with various scheduling requirementsCoordination of all business travel, domestic and international, including booking flights, hotels, cars and other servicesCoordination of executive communications, including taking calls, scheduling Teams/Zoom meetings, responding to emails and interfacing with other executives, employees and guestsPreparation for all meetings with senior executives and other guests, including reserving space, catering (if required), document preparation and other logisticsField inbound communications and exercise solid judgement in determining the appropriate resource to address the requestUnderstand company policies and procedures, written and unwritten, to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followedCollaborate with other assistants in the office to ensure the executive team is supported and other priority obligations are metParticipate in various meetings and conferences as neededDesign PowerPoint presentations for an executive audience and build simple Excel files with basic formulas to analyze dataQualifications: Minimum 6-10 years as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, reporting to a senior-level executiveBachelor of Arts degree preferredAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, with an ability to learn company-specific programs and softwareStrong attention-to-detail, proofreading and editing skillsProficiency in collaboration and delegation of responsibilitiesAbility to handle competing demands in a high-pressure, dynamic environmentExceptional interpersonal skills.Friendly and professional demeanorAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, including with members of senior managementPossess high-energy and intellectual curiosityBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
