Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Overview: Join our dynamic team in Brooklyn as an Executive and Personal Assistant, where you’ll play a dual role enhancing our executive workflow while managing both professional and personal tasks. Ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional, this position requires advanced skills in Microsoft Office, exceptional communication, and a knack for streamlining processes. The role demands a polished appearance, superior organizational capabilities, and a strategic mindset focused on efficiency and time management.

Responsibilities:

Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflow systems that improve process functionality and reduce response time. Train and guide team members in new workflow practices.

Executive Support: Manage all aspects of executive schedules, including appointments, travel, and accommodations, optimizing time and resources.

Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, handling correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism.

Document and Presentation Preparation: Craft high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and manage complex data analysis and reporting in Excel.

Project Coordination: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and company objectives.

Personal Assistance: Support the executive’s personal tasks to ensure a balanced professional workload.

Qualifications:

Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, with at least 3 years in a high-level administrative capacity.

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to implement effective workflow strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in business administration or related field preferred.
