Our growing fee for service dental practice is seeking a full time Practice Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-oriented, personable, dependable and caring person to work in a great environment and friendly atmosphere.
Job requirements:
Four years of dental practice management or supervisory experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Excellent customer service, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Able to organize, plan and prioritize duties.
Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols and knowledge of dental codes and terminology.
Comfortable with resolution of conflicts that may arise with patients, doctors and staff.
Confidentiality regarding patients and employees.
Scheduling Institute training is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with the team regularly and run weekly team meetings.
Be a major part of the vision and growth of the practice directly with the practice owner.
Run and analyze management reports.
Complete administrative tasks such as payroll, account receivables, invoice processing, and accounts payable.
Respond to employee inquiries and find solutions.
Assist the doctors and practice in productivity of the schedule.
