DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

 Maintains process integrity by inputting Data Entry ID and each customer’s Account Number, followed by the customer’s specific return claim amount by title, by day. Monitors system acceptance/rejection of claims and compares Return Form to system account data.

 Monitors system for customer exceptions and/or reason-codes exceptions. Notes discrepancies on Return Forms, as required. Escalates high volume discrepancies and barcode issues to supervisor.

 Cross-trains to handle inbound/outbound customer service inquiries, as defined in training manual, including coordinating issue resolution between customers, drivers (independent contractors), NDA Sales reps or personnel. Performs weekly review of retailer invoices/collection status for assigned routes, and completes all necessary follow-up including order changes, billing disputes, delivery and collection issues, and other required communications with route drivers and retailers.

 Makes outbound calls to follow-up on account issues; service changes; new product roll-outs; holiday closings; etc., and as directed by Management.

 Performs data entry related to maintenance of accounts in NDA’s Customer Information System. Maintains company files of bills, return forms and other documents deemed necessary by Management.

 May provide backup to other departments.

 Complies with all safety and employment policies, including attendance, and the responsibilities outlined in the NDA Employee Handbook and Safety Manual.

 Performs the Essential Duties of the job and other duties as requested by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 1-3 years of similar experience. Must be detail-oriented, able to take direction well and work efficiently. Requires good phone, organizational and math skills plus the ability to multi-task.

 Able to work flexible shifts, based on the volume of weekly returns.

 Ability to quickly learn company-specific computer applications and telephone system.

 Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English; plus, Spanish or additional languages, preferred.

Shift schedule: Tuesday - Friday from 7am - 4pm.
