Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese)
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
