Our client, an investment firm focused in the media sector, is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm and this role is in the office four days a week with one remote.Responsibilities:Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile events, conferences, and meetingsServe as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, including negotiation of contracts and overseeing deliverablesDevelop, monitor, and manage event budgetsOversee logistical aspects of events, including guest experience, registration/check-in, and transportationProvide administrative support to the Events and Conferences team, including scheduling, document and meeting agenda preparation, and report generation.Qualifications:1+ years of event planningBachelor's degree requiredExperience with Canva is a plusFlexibility to travel for larger events and work after hours when neededCompensation/Benefits:Up to $85K base depending on experience + bonus401K with matchUp to $150 per month for gym membershipsCell phone reimbursementSeamless and UberEats stipend for lunchBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
