Campus Engagement Coordinator

Our client, a real estate investment trust, is seeking a Campus Engagement Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and they are in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional, "white glove" customer service to all tenants of the company's premier life science assets in New York CityIdeate, plan, market, and execute best-in-class collaborative campus events and exclusive tenant programmingCoordinate campus improvements, repairs and maintenanceManage space/equipment resources and IT/AV needs; oversee member portal and visitorsMaintain vendor contracts and support with invoicingAssist with new member onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience in hospitality/amenity managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skills to provide great customer serviceMust be detail-oriented and highly organizedCompensation/Benefits:Up to $70 - 90K base depending on experience + OT + bonus100% paid healthcare for employee and dependentsMedical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending401K profit sharing plan20 PTO daysBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
