Our client, a non-profit foundation, is seeking an Grants Associate to join their team in NYC. The hours are 9am-6pm and they operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in office and two days remote.Responsibilities:Ensure consistent application of grant processesTrack and manage all inquiries, maintain data, and track deliverables and approvalsReview financial reports, grant budgets, and budget modificationsPrepare grant agreements, working with Finance to maintain recordsAsist with report generation, advise on regulatory compliance, and lead trainingsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience, 1+ year of true grant making experienceMust have grant database experience (Blackbaud)Proficient in Zoom and MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookCompensation/Benefits:Up to $75-87,500K base depending on experience + bonus Medical, dental, and vision plans with small employee contribution11 paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick, 6 work from anywhere daysFSA offered for Healthcare, Transit and Parking401K with match and profit sharingSummer FridaysBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
