Private investment Management firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a highly skilled individual to join the Administrative team as a Floater resource. This individual will be seated at Reception, alongside the full-time Receptionist, and will provide short and long term coverage for other seats as needed. The anticipated hours for this position are 8:30a - 5:30p most days, requiring 5 days/week on-site. Certain coverage assignments will start at 7:30and others will end at 6:00p. This is an open-ended assignment with a strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Pay rate range is $22-33/hour DOE. Responsibilities Include: Provide support and perform and a wide range of administrative functions including: Answering phones Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls (including catering when required) Travel coordination Expense reports Meet and greet clients Maintaining firm contact databases - DealCloud and Outlook Ad hoc projects Background and Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, notably Outlook and Teams preferred Proactive and positive attitude; energetic and cooperative team player. Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and comfortable communicating with all levels of an organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Superior organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task; sound judgment Strong attention to detail Highly collaborative and fosters a strong team-oriented approach Desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
